MOUNT OLIVE CCAP WOMEN’S GUILD MEMBERS GET TEN POINT PLAN FOR 2024

Moderator Reverend Osward Eric Chinyama on Sunday, March 3rd, presented a ten point plan that will guide activities of Women’s Guild at Mount Olive CCAP for 2024. It was a day Women’s Guild members resumed their activities after the year-end break.
A colorful grand parade was organized at the spur of the moment to mark the occasion. The prossession of members led by the moderator and supported by members of the Men’s Ministry moved around the church premises to celebrate the opening day.
In his exaltation to God, Reverend Chinyama praised the Lord and extolled his name for granting the members mercy of good health during the year-end break. “Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one fathom.”
Outlining the ten guidelines under the banner “God-fearing and prosperous woman”, Reverend Chinyama said every member of Women’s Guild ought to be at the forefront safeguarding her spiritual life as a matter of the utmost importance.
He said God-fearing and prosperous woman embraces: steadfast relationship with God, living by God’s word, stewardship, seeking spiritual discernment, spiritual modeling, an unwavering trust in God, living in prayer, holy friendship, humility, and good exemplary life. The ten guidelines won the backing of the Bible.
Reverend Chinyama said God-fearing and prosperous woman shines before others, so that they may see her good works and give glory to the Lord. “It is my humble prayer that the ten guidelines in the plan will guide you to carry out this year’s activities with great purpose.”
Reverend Chinyama urged the members to save God with clear conscience by incorporating the ten guidelines when carrying out their activities for the year.
Chairlady Grace Chiwalo motivated members to cherish the spirit of teamwork in 2024 activities in order to achieve significant results. “Let’s serve as desirable models for each other.”
Elfrida Chinyama, wife to the moderator, encouraged members to align themselves with the word of God. “Let’s go into an alliance with him, allowing him arrange our activities in the correct positions.’
Lonny Salama, deputy session clerk, reminded members to be spiritual exemplars. “Fellow members, let’s serve as typical examples and appropriate models in our day-to-day activities.”
