As momentum builds behind Democratic Progressive Party’s bid to compete in the 2025 general election, the political party is now busy putting its house in order to protect its image.
The political party summoned four of its top official members to the disciplinary committee for holding a National Governing Committee in Lilongwe without approval.
The four are Kondwani Nankhumwa, Griezelder Jeffrey, Mark Botoman, and Cecilia Chazama. Though none of them disclosed what transpired during the meeting, Kondwani Nankhumwa came out of the meeting with “it is well” face.
